Core Wellness was born from the spirit of sisterhood, inspired by the amazing women in the life of the founder. Seeing their struggles in corporate environments, where their needs were often overlooked, motivated her to create a space that fosters community and offers specialized self-care and stress-relief services for women in the workplace.
